Cara Milan (Harbor) is the CEO and Founder of AMP Marketing and Public Relations, a top-tier communications consultancy behind some of the biggest names in tech. With over 20 years of experience and a master’s degree in communication, Cara has led PR and executive communications for Roblox, Adobe, HP Enterprise, Salesforce (via MuleSoft), Cisco, Jaguar Land Rover, LinkedIn, and dozens of early- and growth-stage startups across AI, Cybersecurity, FinTech, SaaS, HealthTech, and more.
She was the first PR agency for Roblox, helping shape its early market presence, and led Adobe’s Digital Video and Web communications for seven years through Edelman. At MuleSoft, she served as PR Director through its acquisition by Salesforce, and she also led HP Enterprise Services’ Storage and Networking communications. As Communications Director for the IOTA Foundation, she built the global comms team from scratch and helped launch a major distributed ledger partnership with Jaguar Land Rover.
Cara has worked closely with LinkedIn’s early executive team, including Reid Hoffman, to establish thought leadership, and advised the Cisco Strategic Alliances group on strategic messaging. Her expertise spans every corner of tech and business communications—from product launches and CEO positioning to crisis comms and internal engagement.
